Once the item ships, the tracking information will be sent to your email address. You may check the status directly from the courier's website or you may visit our website at any time and enter the tracking number on our Track Your Order page to check on the status of your order. 

If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us at info@jeweledmessage.com immediately and we will do all we can to investigate. 

For domestic orders, the expected delivery to takes 5-10 business days. For Canadian orders, it takes 6-21 days.

Orders of multiple items may ship separately for expediency, but there's no extra charge for this beyond the usual multi-item shipping rates. 

Shipping time estimates are calculated based on your selected shipping method and  do not include the production period for personalized items or made-to-order items.

We only ship to the US and Canada. 

Some items are not available to Canadian customers.

IMPORTANT: For orders from Canada, you are responsible for any customs or import duties that will be charged on the item/s.

Production usually takes 1-5 business days. For more sophisticated items, it may take up to 2 weeks.

We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product except for made-to-order or customized orders. Unless, there is a mistake or there is a damage/defect then we do offer refunds. Please visit our refund policy page for complete details. 

Most of our jewelries are made from precious metals that are stamped with 14K (gold) stamp or 0.925 (sterling silver) stamp unless otherwise specified.

14K Gold is 58% Gold (14/24) and bears the stamp 14K. 

Sterling Silver is 92.5% pure silver (925/1000) and bears the stamp 925 or 0.925. 

Gold plating is a method of depositing a thin layer of gold on to the surface of sterling silver so it will bear the 925 or 0.925 stamp. 

We also have items in Platinum, which is a premium metal.
