Production usually takes 2-3 business days (maximum of 5). Once the item ships, the tracking information will be sent to your email address. You may also visit our website at any time and enter your Order number on our Track Your Order page to check on the status of your order. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us at info@jeweledmessage.com immediately and we will do all we can to investigate. 

For domestic orders in the United States, it will take 5 - 8 business days. 

For International orders, it takes 1 - 2 weeks. 

Orders of multiple items may ship separately for expediency, but there's no extra charge for this beyond the usual multi-item shipping rates.

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product except for made-to-order and/or personalized orders. All personalized jewelries are made from precious metals that are stamped with 14K (gold) stamp or 0.925 (sterling silver) stamp. 

14K Gold is 58% Gold (14/24) and bears the stamp 14K. 

Sterling Silver is 92.5% pure silver (925/1000) and bears the stamp 925 or 0.925. 

24K Gold plating is a method of depositing a thin layer of gold on to the surface of sterling silver so it will bear the 925 or 0.925 stamp. 

We also have items in Platinum, which is a Premium Metal.

Our photo upload jewelries are made from 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel. This type of steel is both strong and very shiny! 

It's commonly used in body piercings and other quality jewelry products as it offers low reaction rates and doesn't tarnish easily. Gold products are plated with Real 18K Gold, using a high quality electroplating process that means it doesn't rub or flake away easily. For graphical products, the clear dome is a shatterproof liquid glass-like material that is applied by hand. We do not use any paper or stickers to place designs onto our products!
