At JeweledMessage.com, it is our desire to give you a confident and satisfactory shopping experience.
Our supportive staff work round the clock to ensure that all your custom crafted necklaces are delivered to your destination in time.
Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, there is a non refundable fee of 30% of the total amount of the item. Every detail of your order is recorded and worked on to meet your precise preferences. Upon confirmation of details and completion of payment transactions, every piece of jewelry is designed to meet your requirements.
Since all handcrafted and personalized necklaces are uniquely designed to an individual's specifications, these pieces cannot be sold to other clients if returned. Therefore, it is imperative that you ensure that all details contained in your order are correct before being scheduled for shipping. Make sure that the spellings for names that need to be engraved are correct as well as the color, dimensions and any other details regarding your order.
However, if it sustains any damage during delivery, you can make a return or have it exchanged with another one. This also applies to all mistaken shipments. If you have any issues with your order, make sure to contact us ASAP so we can move swiftly to correct the problem. If a resolution is not achieved, a full refund will be given back except for shipping and handling expenses.
You can return your customized order within 30 days of delivery if you are not happy with the item that you received. Please note that there will be a 30% non refundable fee on all customized items.
For ready-to-ship items (no customization):
If, for whatever reason, you're not pleased with your purchase of our ready-made item/s (no customization done), you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Return products must be in original condition and please include all packaging, envelopes, bags, boxes, etc. A full refund will be given back except for shipping and handling expenses.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
To request a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our customer service reps will follow up with you via email with instructions on how you should send back the item/s.
All items must be returned in their original condition.
Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of any refunds, replacements or credits. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the items. Additionally, items modified or re-sized by another jeweler are also not considered new. Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
Return & Exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. This shipping cost is non-refundable.
Important: Please do not send back your item to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days upon receipt of your package.
The standard shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the giver/buyer.
